We also collect order information, payment screenshots, and customer delivery details necessary for order fulfillment.

• To create and manage your seller account and shop
• To process and deliver customer orders
• To send order confirmations and status updates via SMS and Telegram
• To provide AI-powered product descriptions and captions
• To send daily performance digests and notifications
• To prevent fraud and verify payments

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in encrypted PostgreSQL databases. Payment credentials (bKash numbers) and courier API keys are encrypted at rest. Image uploads are stored on Cloudflare R2 with restricted access. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share necessary information with:

• Courier partners (SteadFast, Pathao) for order delivery
• SMS gateway providers for order notifications
• Telegram for bot-based payment verification
• AI providers (OpenRouter) only when you use AI features

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard settings. You may request data export or account deletion by contacting support.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising networks.
