1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AmarShowroom, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

AmarShowroom is a SaaS platform that enables Bangladeshi F-commerce sellers to create online shops, manage orders, integrate courier services, and use AI tools. We provide the platform infrastructure but do not sell products directly.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Ensure product listings are accurate and not misleading
• Fulfill orders promptly and maintain quality standards
• Comply with Bangladesh consumer protection laws
• Not use the platform for illegal or prohibited items
• Keep payment and courier credentials secure

4. Plans & Billing

AmarShowroom offers FREE, PAID, and PER_ORDER plans. Free plans have limits on orders and features. Paid plans are billed as advertised. Credit wallet charges apply per SMS and AI voice call. Refunds for unused credits are at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

• No counterfeit or pirated products
• No weapons, drugs, or illegal substances
• No spam or abusive messaging through our SMS/Telegram integrations
• No scraping or automated data extraction from the platform
• No sharing of account credentials

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

AmarShowroom is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost sales, courier failures, SMS delivery issues, or AI-generated content accuracy. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sellers can delete their account at any time from dashboard settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
